Why Monnarc exists.
For years, I met people who had always wanted to become actors but didn't know where to begin, or had already begun and realised they were still searching for something more. Some wanted a more structured beginning than a theatre group could offer. Others weren't ready for a conservatoire.
I kept seeing the same gap. A place where people could discover acting, build the right foundations, and finally understand the craft with clarity.
That place didn't exist.
So I built it.

The Technique
Imagination. Circumstances. Action. Truth.
Our training is inspired by the work of Stella Adler, one of the most rigorous and transformative approaches to actor training.
At Monnarc, these principles are taught through Verónica Coronel's own teaching approach, shaped by seven years of directing, teaching and working with more than 100 actors. Every exercise, scene and class is designed to give you practical tools you'll carry into every role you play.
You learn to use your imagination. You learn to understand the given circumstances of a scene: where you are, who you are, what has just happened, and what you want. You learn to pursue clear, purposeful actions that are fully justified by the circumstances. When those elements come together, truthful behaviour follows naturally.
Everything is taught in plain language, in small groups, from the very first day. Whether you are new to acting or have performed for years, you only need the willingness to grow.
