Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your place, please let us know at least 48 hours before the workshop begins. We will transfer your spot to the next available Discovery date at no extra cost.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you do not attend without prior notice, your place is forfeited and no refund or transfer will be issued.

If you attend The Discovery and feel the approach was not valuable for you, let us know within 48 hours of the workshop and we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a Discovery workshop for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available date, whichever you prefer.

If you cancel your place more than 7 days before the first session, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the first session, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel less than 3 days before the first session, no refund will be issued. At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to a future Foundation cohort depending on circumstances.

Once The Foundation has begun, payments are non-refundable. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us directly and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

If we need to cancel a Foundation cohort before it begins, you will receive a full refund. If we need to cancel mid-programme for reasons beyond our control, we will refund a proportional amount for the remaining sessions.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
