Cancellation policy

Refunds

Full refund until 48 hours after the end of the first session, Tuesday 12 January 2027, 22:00 CET.

This includes realising after the first session that the approach is not for you. Just let us know before the deadline.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Minimum group size

We need at least 4 people for the course to run. If it does not run, you get a full refund.

Cancellation by Monnarc

If Monnarc cancels the course, everyone receives a full refund.

Once the course has started

Once the course has started, it runs.

Missed sessions

A replay is a backup for a missed week. Live attendance is the course, and missed sessions are not refunded after the refund window above.
