Our training is inspired by the work of Stella Adler. It focuses on the given circumstances of a scene, the imagination of the actor, the actions they play, and the truth that follows from those things being in place.
We teach in plain language, not jargon. From the first day, students work on their feet.
Meet Verónica
The actress, theatre maker and teacher behind Monnarc.
Verónica Coronel trained for three years in the Fundamentals of Scenic Arts in Venezuela before spending seven years teaching, directing and working with more than 100 actors at different stages of their journey.
Her teaching is inspired by the work of Stella Adler and shaped by years of helping students understand what acting truly requires. Rather than teaching tricks or shortcuts, she focuses on giving actors practical tools they can carry into every role they play.
Alongside teaching, Verónica has directed original theatre productions and worked across theatre, television and film, including Así es la Química.
She founded Monnarc because she believed aspiring actors deserved a place where they could begin with the right foundation.
